• Beyong the Warranty Period: we charge $100 for on-site transport & labour fee.

What our warranty does not cover:

• Mobile phone network control / voice control
• Damage that is directly or indirectly caused by household pests infestation.
• Damage caused by incorrect usage, Drying poles, telescopic poles, remote controls, and remote control buttons.
• Products damaged due to wear-and-tear, tamper, alteration, or repair by an unauthorized person, negligence, or operation of the product contrary to the instructions in the products manual.
