Valid for Automated Laundry Rack purchased from Jiahua Engineering Pte Ltd and its authorized dealers within Singapore.

• 5 years on Motor
• 2 years on Parts
• Parts: (First Year on-site, For Special Promo).
• Parts: (2 Years on-site)
• Parts: On-site (Include transport & labour fee)
• The Warranty Period is based on the invoice.
• Beyond the Warranty Period: We charge $100 for on-site transport & labour fee.

Replacement parts include the following:

1. LED Light
2. Fan Blowers
3. Sterilizers
4. Heaters

WHAT WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

• Mobile phone network control / voice control
• Damage caused by incorrect usage.
• Drying poles, telescopic poles, remote controls, and remote control buttons.
• Products damaged due to wear-and-tear, tamper, alteration, or repair by an unauthorized person, negligence, or operation of the product contrary to the instructions in the products manual.

Jiahua Engineering Pte Ltd reserves all rights to change the terms and conditions of the warranty without prior notification.

Jiahua Engineering Pte Ltd should not be liable for any liabilities and/or injuries arising from or incidental to the installation.

WARRANTY COVERAGE
Applicable to Automated Portable Aircon purchased from Jiahua Engineering Pte Ltd and its authorized dealers within Singapore.

This warranty covers:

• 3 years on Compressor
• 1 year on Parts (on-site, covers all internal parts of the machine)
• 1 year on Parts (including transportation fee and labor fee)

WHAT WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This warranty DOES NOT cover parts subject to wear and tear, and will be voided.

This warranty DOES NOT cover the following:

1. Remote controller
2. Battery
3. Wear & tear
4. User misuse
5. Remote control button
6. Lost and external parts
7. Product abnormal voltage damage due to tamper, alteration, or repair by an unauthorized person.
8. Damage directly or indirectly caused by household pest infestation.
9. The exhaust pipe connected to the back of the air conditioner shall not exceed 3 meters

If the machine fails due to the above reasons, additional fees will be charged, including transportation fee, labor fee and accessories fee.

The Portable Aircon need to be connect to 13A socket.

Please note that installation on concrete ceiling must be below 2.8 meters. Connection to existing light point should also be within 1 meter.

Additional Fees Incurred:

1. Dismantling and disposal of existing old rack (including screw cutting and patching hole, no painting), unless otherwise stated in Special Promo.
2. Additional labour fees are also incurred if you wish to install on false ceiling, high ceiling, running additional lighting points and power socket points.

Upon order confirmation, our team will contact you for installation scheduling.

Depending on the schedules of both parties, installation will be arranged between 1-10 days.

Our heaters are designed at an optimal temperature for drying your clothes without damaging fabric. 

For models with UV feature, it will disinfect bacteria and automatically turn off after 30 minutes.
